Backstory:
The War of the Ancients. A bloody conflict for either side involved therein. Though the initial takeover went without a hitch in the plan, there will always be unexpected complications. A lone Kaldorei--Illidan--drew Savira's curiosity with how he was always skulking around, as if up to something and plotting. This would later become Savira's first experience with death. On a fateful day, when Illidan was making his first moves against the Legion, she tracked him down as he was skulking around the palace, and she was subsequently cut down without a moment of pause--she realized all too late that she stood no chance against the would-be Demon Hunter on her own. However, by the time this realization struck, she was already damned to languish for centuries until her body was rebuilt, and she was able to begin her duties anew--this time, on the Legion-controlled planet of Xoroth, under the command of Thamruz, Bane of Order.
Xoroth, a planet full of lush and fertile nothing, and bustling wastelands. This is where Savira was stationed upon her return too the physical plane, and it was this time that would be incredibly key to proving her worth as a scout and information gatherer. She was present during the time of the First Amreggar Rebellion, in which she was tasked with locating and finding all information she could on the potential plot to rebel that was brewing, and to report back to Thamruz. It was with the information she delivered which lead to Banthelas' arrest and torture, which lead to the discovery of the shadow treachery, and gave them time enough to begin rooting out threats.
She, however, was no longer present under Xorothian Skies to see the traitors rooted out, nor what became of her former command. She was moved to the then-warzone "planet" of Outland. She was tasked as a spy, and had taken the life--and guise--of a Sin'dorei Scout who strayed too far from relative safety. This illusory guise served her, and the Legion, as well as hoped; she was able to infiltrate, and kill, key targets that would have helped the Alliance and Horde in future battles against the Illidari and the Legion. Her helping the former was merely a side-effect, though it was serendipitous, as they were seen as the true villain, and not the Legion. She watched with silent glee from the shadows as the Wardens stood over Stormrage's corpse. From then-on, she was a sleeper agent upon Azeroth, falsely living the life of the Sin'dorei named Telanne; undermining the Horde and Alliance every chance she got--though she barely needed to do anything with how war-happy they were.
Abilities:
Savira has a set of specific martial, physical, and magical skills which are thoroughly helpful for a Scout--she maintains almost unnatural affinity with her notched whip, with accuracy perfect enough to find even the smallest chinks in armor, allowing the obsidium shards to puncture skin. These shards also gave her the ability to snag the weapons of, and subsequently disarm, unsuspecting melee combatants. To call her agile is equally accurate, as she is able to utilize her wings to outmaneuver most ground-locked foes, or to simply lead her foes into traps set up previously.
As for magic, she maintains the ability to remain in her Sin'dorei Guise for an extended period of time thanks to her skill in transmutation, this guise allowing her to stay within hostile ranks for and undermine their positions, as well as to eliminate key targets that would make it all the easier for more combat-focused forces to move in and take key locations; though this is her only Non-Fel skill; she relies heavily on Fel Magic to supplement her abilities, utilizing its unholy burning flames to further harm the souls of her aggressors, as well as curses to cause untold suffering during torture, and interrogation.
