Character's Perspective:
At the start of the event, Karib's sense of curiosity and speculation tingled, especially when the Man'ari representative stepped out of one of the portals. He was curious about what is to come, how are things going to develop from that point. As the group of demons and felsworns knelt down before the brood queen, Karib personally witnessed the behavior of a certain orc felsworn who acted somewhat foolishly. He immediately disliked the fel orc, thinking him as an idiot, who will only cause problems and complications.
Later, after the group arrived at the meeting spot in Suramar, Karib was somewhat astonished by the beauty of the city. The city's bright architecture reminded him to some extant Draenei architecture.
In his eyes, both shared some traits. The most prominent of them are: The concept of perfection and the 'brightness' of the structures, meaning, the bright colors that are prominent in the Shal'dorei architecture. He took several moments to appreciate the view, and quickly focused himself at the Shal'doreis that were present in the meeting. More specifically, the noble woman. He did not know what to make of her, he thought to himself:"I wonder, what is her reason to support the legion...". Quite conflicted he was, knowing the history of the elves and the legion, in his mind it would make sense for the Shal'dorei to oppose the legion. For they are the ones that are responsible for thousands of deaths and the sundering. Not knowing what has transpired with Gul'dan and the leaders of the nightbornes, he couldn't have known the reason for the noble woman to support the legion.
As the conversation went on, Karib stayed quiet and folded his arms, listening very carefully to the brood queen, and the noble woman. The moment it was revealed that this is all a trap, Karib had a visible frown on his face, he was angry. His first instinct was to brutally murder the rebels, especially the treacherous butler. He quickly murdered one of the undisguised assassins that revealed themselves. He expected to feel satisfaction, but it was not enough for him, he needed more. He then turned to the Shal'dorei assassin that was entangled by the fel orc's web, and drained the life essence out of him, draining the Shal'doreis soul, empowering himself. But yet again, it was not enough for him, he wanted to slaughter them all, drain the life out of them.
Unfortunately for Karib, he needed to share. For there were other demons and felsworns with the group, he cannot possibly expect to murder all of the assassins and drain their souls for himself. After he had brought down two of the assassins, he folded his hand and allowed the battle to unfold with out his interruption. As the battle raged on, Karib took note of the little skirmish between a Nathrezim, the imp and a fel orc. He observed the skirmish with utter shame and disgust on his face, moving it from left to right with disapproval and disappointment. "Such insolence among our ranks, such foolishness. I expected a Nathrezim to know better than to attack that degenerate orc and his disabled imp while we are under attack by Shal'dorei rebels." He thought to himself as he witnessed the skirmish. But that was resolved quickly, after the fel orc and the imp were chained down by the magic of the brood queen, he thought to himself:"Perhaps now their challenged minds will understand the situation".
Several long moments has passed, and the husband of the now deceased noble woman appeared, with terror and shock in his eyes. Karib took several paces forward, wanting to get closer to the center of the scene. He merely stood with his mouth shut and his arms folded as his queen convinced the enraged husband to join their cause and avenge his wife's untimely death. Karib couldn't help but grin when the lord accepted the offer, he then opened his mouth and said:" A wise decision you have made.", looking at the lord and tilting his chin to the left while nodding slowly, signaling him that he has made the right decision. Afterwards, he shifts his gaze towards the brood queen, listening to her conversation with the Man'ari representative. He then suddenly hears the name Karib comes out of his queens mouth, followed by a request to open a portal to fel soul hold. He looks at her for a moment, a look of surprise and confusion on his face. He was surprised that the brood queen even knew his name. He quickly gathered himself, still not quite over it, and said:" Right away, my queen". After opening a portal to fel soul hold, thoughts popped to his mind:"I didn't expect her to know my name.","Perhaps she took note of my actions." he thought to himself. Karib quickly dismissed those thoughts and politely gestures to the queen to enter the portal, 'inviting' her. He patiently awaits for everyone to go through the portal, and then crosses it himself, closing it afterwards.
