Name/Nickname: Sears.
Timezone: EST
Age: 20, soon to be 21.
Personality: Crass, blunt, brutally honest; I've been called "intimidating" at times--the quote-unquote "good kind". Though I'm generally willing too try and help, always willing to listen to problems, and always try to solve disputes in a way that everyone's happy with.
Reference Quote to the "intimidating": ["Woah, he acts like he knows what he's doing, I don't wanna waste his time."] - A quote from a friend I will respectfully leave anonymous.
Availability: Semi-frequently; 4-5 days, though with school coming up in May, this may be a little more spotty; unsure.
Past Experiences:
Saltblossom Village, Mists of Pandaria, I was head of IC security and screened out the riff-raff as a Tian-trained Hozu named Nik-Nik.
Holmhaven, Pandaren Village that tried to be Saltblossom.
Lily...something(Legit forgot, I think it was Lilybank). A phase made by Bastille Rosenrot in WoD. Never got off the ground, but he made me a moderator.
Various minor Legion guilds that never got past a month of activity. I was usually treated as second in command on an Annihilan named Mongenoth.
Laketown, Moderator and head of the Death Knights prior to Legion. Dealt with renegades.
One of the five Co-GMs for Order of Norgannon after Antonius and his friends suddenly GQuit to create Augury. Guild died shortly thereafter though due to Antonius leaving.
Questions:
Are you willing to work with other officers?: Yes.
Are you willing to listen and/or help guild members?: Yes.
Are you capable of dealing with guild drama, if so.. how exactly would you deal with it?:
I theoretically can TRY, however it depends on the source of the drama itself and how much information I have available to work with.
If it is an argument over something stupid, I will speak to them both privately, get their sides of the story, and then try to mete out an agreement wherein both are happy.
Otherwise, if it's something serious, I will not be able to make a broad, general statement beyond "I can try."; there are simply too many variables and potential "what if" scenarios to answer as a "yes" or "no".
Are you willing to uphold and enforce rules of the Guild both on site and in-game?: Yes.
Are you willing to take other people into consideration while making your decisions?: Yes.
Do you promise to respect both your guildies and the GM?: Yes.
